I’m at the time in my life where simple sewing projects are necessary. I made this cute little dress at the end of last summer and only got to wear it once didn’t get a chance to photograph it.
I love how versatile this dress can both in how you choose to style it or the fabric you choose to use.
Pattern Review:
Pattern Description: This knit dress has only one main pattern piece making it super easy to sew and perfect for beginners. Sized for everyone—includes cutting lines for sizes XXS to XXL all in one. With easy-to-follow instructions, anyone from beginner to expert can enjoy making a variety of these for the summer. The pull-on dress is sleeveless with a round neckline. Use a knit fabric with a lot of drape to complement the side-draping detail on this dress.
Pattern Sizing: Sizes XXS-XXL in one envelope
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? Super easy, super quick pattern with only one main pattern piece.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the side drape, it adds loads of interest to an otherwise basic tank dress.
Fabric Used: I used an ITY Knit
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I lengthened the hem by two inches, it looked short on the model and I didn’t want to chance it. Good thing, it’s just at the knee
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I can see a few more of these in my future, it’s just too easy not to sew it again.
Conclusion: It’s a cute, quick pattern my only dislike is the super short length but that’s an easy fix.
cute and love your fabric choice. I would have never picked this for myself but seeing it modeled on you and how great it looks on you I think I might see one in my future.

Super cute! Looks great on you and I love you styled it with the sneakers and the wedges.

I love this on you in this fabric–it makes it much more interesting than a one-piece pattern could have been. Good choice to make it longer–knee-length just seems more practical and flattering.
